Education: Educated to degree level.
Experience: 2+ years' experience in a Manager role—ideally within education or training sectors. Proven experience leading HR strategies.

Accreditation Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ASIC, ISO, Investors in People) is advantageous.
