We’re CV Technical’— a specialised recruitment business focusing on the engineering industry, established in 2018 and reaching a £1 million turnover annually since 2021. We are experts in our field, delivering an exciting, fast‑growing, forward‑thinking company.

Our experienced consultants succeed individually and drive the company’s expansion. We are now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑paced team.

Based in our brand new Hinckley office, you will work as a 360‑recruitment consultant in engineering and manufacturing. The role focuses on new business, with weekly and monthly KPI targets for personal and team achievement. You will build relationships with candidates and clients and play a key part of the CV Technical team.

Commission: Monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate. With an uncapped structure, the highest earners hit 6 figures.

Incentives: Team targets, individual weekly, quarterly and yearly targets, with rewards such as team building activities, days out, bonuses and more.

• £22 000 – £24 000 base + Uncapped Commission = OTE (£30 000 – £60 000, depending on experience)
• 25 days holiday, rising by 1 day a year for each year served + Bank Holidays
• Target‑based incentives including holidays, exclusive events and meals out
• Weekly internal competitions
• Early finish Fridays
• Four salary reviews per year
• Full training given, with consistent updates and chances to train others
