Job Title: Fostering Recruitment Manager
Salary:£44,756 per annum (increasing to £49,729 in 18 months) + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Contract:Permanent Role
Location:Home-based in West Midlands, with travel required across the West Midlands area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join TACT as aFostering Recruitment Manageras we invest in recruiting new foster families. We believe in a relational, trauma-informed approach to recruitment, combining targeted local marketing and relationship-building with the support of a centralised Recruitment Development Manager dedicated to continuous improvement.
Extensive experience, skills and a good understanding of fostering enquiries, assessment, quality assurance of form F. Experience of supervision of staff and form F assessment. Knowledge of Fostering Standards, trauma informed practice. Awareness of the key components of a foster carer is essential. Experience in face to face recruitment of foster carers, signing off of initial visits and form F assessments is key to the role. Experience in delivering of skills to foster training; must be a car driver and being able to travel across the West Midlands to perspective carers before and during assessment. Panel attendance where required.
