I am currently recruiting for an Education Recruitment agency based in Hull (a national business) that is looking to expand its team.
Junior base salaries start from £27,000, with a clear growth and salary progression plan in place. For example, if you bill £500 GP, your base salary increases to £28,500. When you reach £1,000 GP, it rises to £30,000, and so on.
For experienced consultants, salary negotiations are possible, and strong billers may be offered a guaranteed bonus.
Commission rates range between 10% and 25%.
