Job summary

A leading organization in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. You will provide essential advice on HR policies and employment law, manage employee relations cases, and drive wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in HR processes. Qualifications

Are you an experienced and proactive HR professional who thrives on supporting people, driving positive culture, and enabling managers to perform at their best? If so, we’d love you to join our team as an HR Advisor.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our HR function, you’ll be a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering practical advice across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the employee experience, supporting employee relations / case management and key project activitiesp>

  • Support managers with ER cases, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, recruitment and onboarding.
  • Lead on wellbeing initiatives and support visa / sponsorship compliance.
  • Use HR data to spot trends and support decision‑making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and HR projects.
The person we are seeking

You will be collaborative, solutions-focused and great at building trusted relationships, and have the following :

Essential
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience advising on employee relations and HR processes.
  • Confident with HR systems, Word, Excel and reporting.
It would be great if you also had :
  • CIPD Level 5or working towards
