What Youll Do
  • Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle : Oversee all stages of recruitment from taking job briefs to managing offers.
  • Proactive Sourcing : We dont just rely on adverts. We want recruiters who are proactive sourcers. Youll focus on outreach build relationships across networks and constantly look for new ways to find A-players.
  • Candidate Assessment : Conduct effective video interviews assessing skills and behaviours against role requirements and identify high-potential candidates who align to our values.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers : Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles align expectations advise on market insights and support hiring managers in making confident high-quality decisions.
  • Candidate Management : Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish ensuring clear communication timely updates and a respectful human process for every applicant.
  • Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes : Feel comfortable giving and receiving feedback to refine our approach- identifying opportunities to streamline innovate and elevate our recruitment standards.
  • Lead & Support Recruitment Initiatives : Support employer branding activities careers events recruitment campaigns and talent-focused projects that strengthen our pipeline and showcase EMJ as a high-performance values-driven company.
Who You Are
  • Recruitment Experience : you are experienced in 360 recruitment with a focus on candidate assessment and experience. Knowledge of recruiting roles in publishing would be an added bonus.

Key Information
  • Salary : 35000
  • Hours : 8.30am 5pm Monday - Friday
  • Reporting to : Head of Recruitment and Retention
  • Location : London / Moorgate office
  • Working pattern : Hybrid 3 days in the office (5 days in the office during probation)

To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation this period will be fully office-based five days a week. Following this we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
