The role

Reporting directly into a our Managing Consulant and working alongside, extremely experienced consulants and some of the businesses biggest billers! You will play a pivotal part in Building out our contract function across the USA, whilst leveraging our existing client base in the Advanced Engineering / Clean Tech / Aerospace and Defence space. This is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant to grow with this business, and build a team around you whilst being supported by the wider team, and group. So you'll need great relationship building skills, the ability to continually keeping up to date with current trends, and think outside of the box for sourcing strategies and utilise all internal tech provided to maximise efficiency

There is excellent opportunity for high earning potential with the average deal size across the team right now is £30,000 and is supported by a rewarding commission structure so earning potential is really life changing. Its a great position for someone with contract recruitment experience to hit the ground running delivering into our clients we're on embedded models with, whilst building thier network and book of business.

We are looking for Contract Recruitment Consultants with 1-4 years experience working in US market, and people with drive, ambition, commitment and an outstanding work ethic. You will start to build your own mini business from day 1, by developing a network of candidates and clients within your specialist vertical market. Your varied role will include the following daily activities :

  • Searching for suitable Advanced Engineering contract candidates who match our clients’ requirements in the USA
  • Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn and via our Database
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
  • Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
  • Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
  • Taking references / collating relevant supporting documents
  • Building relationships with existing and future clients
  • Attending meeting with clients to explore potential opportunities
