Part of the Pearse Group including Pearse Professionals and Rutherford Search together we form group of financial services focused boutique agencies partnering with Investment Banks, Private Equity and Hedge Funds.

As a Senior Consultant, based in the London office you’ll play a pivotal role in :

  • Leading and managing M&A projects, from initial strategy to execution.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in the financial services sector.
  • Providing strategic advice and insights to clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with our in-house team of specialists to deliver end-to-end talent solutions.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of Pearse Group through innovative ideas and exceptional performance.
Experience
  • 18 month+ recruitment or executive search experience
  • Experience within Financial Services is advantageous
  • Track record of phone based business development
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients at all levels
