Job description

As a Field-Based Recruiter in Franchise you will play a key role in growing our franchise pub network by sourcing and appointing high-potential franchisees. Youll work across a large UK geography building relationships and representing Greene King at recruitment events to ensure a seamless candidate journey.

Qualifications
  • Proactively identify and convert new franchisee leads through networking referrals and market research
  • Represent Greene King at recruitment events trade shows and virtual forums to promote franchise opportunities
  • Maintain and develop a talent bank of prospective franchisees ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement
  • Collaborate with Franchise Operations and Recruitment teams to align candidates with regional needs
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Pubs Code Regulations and internal governance standards
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience in franchise recruitment or multi-site business models ideally within hospitality or retail
