Overview

To further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our corporate functions (Core) teams across EMEA. Our Core functions focus on optimizing internal operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that enable the company to thrive. In this role, you will have significant impact and wide‑ranging responsibilities: overseeing full‑cycle recruiting, shaping hiring strategies, and delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be a builder who excels in a dynamic, learning‑oriented environment—eager to try new approaches, embrace innovative ideas, and welcome feedback on how we can continuously improve our recruiting processes. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.
• Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress back to the business.
• Build and drive cross‑functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe.
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high‑quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (in‑house experience strongly preferred).
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.
• High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast‑moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• An active and data‑driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
• Experience leveraging sourcing and CRM tools (e.g., Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build and manage talent pipelines.
• Strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools to drive data‑informed hiring strategies.
• Familiarity with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools (e.g., GoodTime, Slack, G Suite).
• Ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies and optimize workflows for scale.
