Overview

Sacco Mann is working closely with a quality commercial outfit, which, due to expansion, is seeking an experienced and driven contentious construction Solicitor to join their Newcastle-based team.

Role

The role offers an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer, currently at Partner or Senior Associate level, with at least 8 years PQE in dispute resolution with a focus on contentious construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a contentious construction caseload, working alongside an established non-contentious team.
• Supervising junior solicitors.
• Providing technical support.
• Developing and nurturing client relationships within the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with upwards of 8 yrs PQE.
• Experience of dealing with the adjudication process is essential.
• Ability to manage complex disputes.
• Following, not essential, but must be willing to get involved with business development and make the most of your contacts.
• Qualified candidate at Partner, Managing or Senior Associate looking for next step up.
