THE FIRM:

• Role to be based in central Manchester in Spinningfields

THE ROLE:

The team do a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies. The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims. They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Court of Proection work.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideally they are looking for someone with at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work, however they welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors who are interested in moving into and focussing within this exciting area.
