A global facilities services leader is seeking a Global Commercial Director in London to lead commercial strategy, implement best practices, and ensure high standards in project delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in senior commercial roles, strong knowledge in construction procurement, and expertise in managing large contracts. The position offers a hybrid work model and emphasizes leadership and strategic thinking.

Working within the Global Projects Team the Global Commercial Director is to provide support to the Global Capital Projects Director and the regional leads with implementing, governing and monitoring the consistent processes and governance for Project Delivery globally.Centrally supporting the delivery teams and providing the tools to manage delivery and minimise risks consistently cross accounts, opportunities of alignments and enable the region to provide project services to the same consistent high standard as the rest of the globe.
