A leading catering service provider is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work at Liverpool Lime Street Train Station. Responsibilities include operating platform trucks, loading catering equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Must be 18 years or older to perform certain tasks.
- Full training provided for operating platform trucks.
Responsabilidades
- Operate platform trucks for deliveries.
- Load/offload catering equipment from trains.
- Manage order assembly and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conocimientos
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour.
Hours: Full Time (40 hours) and Part Time (16 hours over 2 days per week)
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5:30am and 9pm, including some weekends.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

- Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
- Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
- Order assembly and stock control.
- Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
