A reputable university in Nottingham is seeking a Reception Officer Team Leader to oversee front of house services. This full-time role offers a salary between £28,608 and £32,089 and includes hybrid working options.

The NTU Reception Team is pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for the role of Receptions Officers Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will provide a professional and efficient front of house service support for all staff, students and visitors to the University by greeting visitors to the facility, warmly and offering them help immediately, ensuring a safe and secure environment through effective key control and locking and unlocking procedures, as well as liaising with internal maintenance as appropriate representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance. To provide a high level of customer service and to ensure a seamless customer journey and maintaining continual improvements for students, staff and the wider NTU community.
Working under the direction of the Enquiry Handling Operations Manager this busy role carries supervisory and coordinator responsibilities for a number of Reception Officers across all NTU campuses and you will be expected to travel regularly between all campuses.
