Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.
Maximise sales and profitability across the dealership maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Manage manufacturer relationships, ensuring brand standards, CSI, and sales targets are achieved.
Take ownership of customer relationships to maintain the highest possible CSI scores.
Identify and drive new business opportunities to boost revenue.
