We are expanding our Direct Sales division with the addition of a driven and performance-focused Sales Team Manager. This person will lead a team of Account Managers in a high-activity outbound B2B environment, ensuring strong performance, coaching, daily structure, and consistent delivery across KPIs, pipeline management, and overall sales standards.
