- Target and solicit business; negotiate corporate, consortia, wholesale, partnership programs, government, and group bookings to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with revenue management, digital marketing, and public relations teams to develop experiences targeting Europe & emerging markets, both directly and through key partners.
- Track and monitor the productivity of each account, and adapt strategies to maximize revenue.
- Support cultural training for Peninsula London colleagues.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the luxury hotel segment within relevant markets.
- Ability to identify, contract, and work with prospective accounts, and cultivate industry relationships and a large network of guests.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is highly preferred.
- Exceptional personal presentation, as this role will be a brand ambassador at sales events and conferences.
