Job description

The Peninsula London is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Manager (Europe & India). Representing Asia’s oldest hotel company in the world, this role will focus on embracing, driving, and delivering strategic Sales & Marketing goals in line with The Peninsula Promise and Principles.

Key Accountabilities
  • Target and solicit business; negotiate corporate, consortia, wholesale, partnership programs, government, and group bookings to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with revenue management, digital marketing, and public relations teams to develop experiences targeting Europe & emerging markets, both directly and through key partners.
  • Track and monitor the productivity of each account, and adapt strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Support cultural training for Peninsula London colleagues.
General Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the luxury hotel segment within relevant markets.
  • Ability to identify, contract, and work with prospective accounts, and cultivate industry relationships and a large network of guests.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional personal presentation, as this role will be a brand ambassador at sales events and conferences.
