This role involves coaching staff, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and monitoring quality of service. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the customer relationship function.
The successful candidate will have proven team management experience, ideally with an understanding of the asset finance marketplace – you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
