Job summary
A leading healthcare organization in the East Midlands is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Care Worker. You will support young people aged 10-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a residential setting. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in residential childcare and strong communication skills. This position offers career progression, performance bonuses, and other staff benefits including generous annual leave.

Responsibilities
- Support young people aged 10-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a residential setting.
Skills
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week + sleep-ins (alternate weekly shifts)
Role overview: supporting young people aged 10-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in a residential setting.
- Career progression to Deputy Manager
- Funded Level 5 Leadership & Management diploma
- 14 days annual leave (FTE)
