Are you a dedicated compassionate Practice Nurse? if so, we are looking for a new team member to join our existing nursing team of 13, the team includes nurse prescribers, triage/minor illness, practice nurses, nurse associate and health care support workers as well as a range of other clinicians all supported by a large administration team.
We are ideally looking for someone to work 3 days per week 3 x 9.5 hr days, however we are open to discuss alternatives. The majority of our clinicians work 8.00am - 6.30pm with one late start per week and finishing at 8pm for enhanced access. All of which can be discussed prior to or during interviews.
As a Practice Nurse here at Munro you will provide high quality care that will include a range of treatments to our population including immunisation, vaccination, cytology, health promotion and chronic disease work as well as being part of our flu & covid vaccination team.
We work from purpose built premises and have a small branch site in the village of Pinchbeck, we use systmone as our clinical system. We employ 70+ staff and in addition to the nursing team we have a variety of other supporting clinicians and administration staff. We are a busy practice , but we have excellent systems in place to support all clinicians in their day to day work.
We have regular practice/team/clinical governance meetings and are committed to patient safety and staff wellbeing.
One thing that is regularly fed-back to us from visitors/GP registrars/Locums etc is that we are a very friendly, organised and supportive team. We also receive lots of positive feedback from our patients regarding our practice team.

PRACTICE NURSE-
Salary dependent on experience
We are seeking a dedicated compassionate Practice Nurse to join our existing nursing team in providing high-quality medical care to our 22,000 patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and have some experience of working in a primary care environment, having qualifications and experience in some or all of the duties, a qualification or interest in diabetes would be beneficial.
