Job Title: Business Development Manager
Reports to: Vice President - Client Solutions, UK & Europe
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, solutioning, and closing new business opportunities, and retaining existing customer accounts, that are sold at a price to deliver the customers’ requirements without compromising our quality service within target market sectors. The BDM must excel at building relationships and creating positive impressions with potential customers in regards to themselves and BGIS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach.
Good basic education.
Full proficiency with Microsoft Office
Higher educational qualifications to HNC/D or degree level
Professional Sales or marketing accreditation
Driven by targets and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment.

Minimum 5 years professional sales experience
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
5+ years Hard FM sales experience
FM related professional membership
