A recruitment agency is seeking a Field Sales Manager for a fully remote position. This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business in the motor trade. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales management, preferably within car dealerships, and is skilled in relationship-building. The position offers a competitive base salary of £30,000 plus an uncapped commission with an OTE of £70K, along with company benefits including a car and a laptop.

- Serve and develop existing motor dealer accounts with excellent customer service while driving business growth.
- Actively canvass and acquire new business from target dealer accounts in the designated territory.
- Utilise a consultative sales process to win business from target accounts, including presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and overcoming objections.
- Plan and manage your own diary to maximise effectiveness and outcomes.
- Experience as a Sales Manager, with proven ability to manage a team.
- Experience in car dealerships or the motor trade is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills, self-confidence, and the ability to think on your feet; comfortable with cold-calling.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and a company car.
- Laptop provided.
- OTE £70K (uncapped).
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30. No weekends.
