A cooperative services organization in Margate is seeking motivated Customer Sales and Services Advisors to join their team. Candidates should have experience in helping customers make informed choices in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include handling calls related to probate services and delivering excellent customer service while meeting individual and team targets. The role offers a salary of £25,000 - £27,500 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
We're looking for motivated customer sales and services advisors to join our Co-op Legal Services team, previous experience of helping customers make informed choices in a fast-paced environment
the desire to work in a regulated commercial environment, responsible for delivering team and individual targets whilst providing excellent customer service
excellent communication and listening skills - you're able to adapt your communication style to suit your customers, giving clear and simple explanations
good general IT skills with the ability to multi-task
emotional resilience with the ability to be professional and empathetic even in difficult / emotional situations
the flexibility to adapt to change to continuously improve our services
Full-time 37.5 hours a week, between 9am to 5pm - one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift every 4 weeks
Base pay range Sales and Services Advisor £25,000- £27,500 plus excellent benefits (work level 6B)
