We’re looking for a meticulous, people-focused administrator to support our growing team by maintaining high-quality employee records and helping to deliver smooth, compliant people operations. This role will coordinate systems and processes across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and offboarding, to payroll data entry, benefits tracking, and contractor support.
Rather than processing payroll manually, you'll manage and maintain our HRIS platform (Rippling), ensuring the right information is captured and shared with the right people, at the right time. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things accurate, up to date, and audit-ready—without needing to be a payroll technician.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their HR/People career looking to gain experience in a global, fast-moving environment—with support, structure, and systems at your side.
