About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations - Care and Support to lead the strategic and operational delivery of regulated and non-regulated care services across our portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring that our services remain person-centred, fully compliant, and committed to continuous improvement. You will lead and champion the strategic development and delivery of outstanding, person‑centred care and support services. These services must be financially sustainable, safe, and fully compliant with internal and external policies and regulation. Your leadership will ensure that all services reflect and uphold emh's vision, mission and values promoting equity, dignity and inclusion for everyone we support and work alongside.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Operations - Care and Support will oversee operational performance, risk management, and financial sustainability while working collaboratively with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and successfully mobilise new services. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence will be key to driving innovation and continuous improvement across our care and support portfolio.

Qualifications

You will bring extensive management experience across varied care and support settings, consistently achieving good or outstanding regulatory outcomes through inclusive and person‑centred leadership. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of relevant policies, legislation and regulations, ensuring consistent and values‑led application across all services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build trust, foster collaboration, and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
