  • Residential Property Senior Associate with 7+ relevant years of PQE.

Due to increased workflow, this award-winning firm is now seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join as their Deputy Head of Operations.

The Role

This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and more. You will work hands‑on with high‑end estate agents and enjoy a real variety of work.

Requirements
  • Residential Property Senior Associate with 7+ relevant years of PQE
  • Dynamic and personable individual
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Enjoy client‑facing position and able to develop rapport
  • Previous experience managing a team/department
  • Experience in training or mentoring juniors is advantageous
