Are you a dynamic retail leader who loves developing people and driving commercial success? B&M is looking for a hands‑on, commercially astute Regional Operations Manager to lead one of our largest regions; around 100 stores through a team of 7 Area Managers.
You’ll work closely with the senior retail team to deliver operational excellence, maximise sales and profitability, and ensure every customer enjoys the great value and service B&M is known for.
This role covers South West England, South & Mid Wales and requires regular travel.
