You will lead multiple projects, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction while driving a successful team. Electrical Operations Manager

Location: Birmingham

Office based, attend meetings as required

Electrical Operations Manager required to manage a business unit with full P&L responsibility.

You will oversee a multiple of projects simultaneously and manage a strong and successful team to deliver the projects. You must have proven financial, technical and managerial experience. You'll oversee projects from tender to delivery, drive performance, and inspire your team to deliver excellence to a high standard.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations and performance of the business unit
  • Oversee project design, delivery, and cost performance, financial targets and cost control
  • Manage and motivate engineering teams on fast-paced construction projects
  • Ensure Health & Safety, compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Develop strategy
  • Handle procurement, reporting, and stakeholder relationships
What You'll Bring
  • Proven management experience in M&E or building services
  • Strong technical knowledge of temporary site systems (electrical power, water hygiene, fire safety etc)
  • HNC (or higher) in a relevant discipline would be advantageous
  • Experience of electrical site services set up, modular, plant-rooms, temporary services projects
  • Leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
