A dynamic international events company is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to enhance their digital performance across global platforms. This role requires 2-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience, particularly in PPC, SEO, and website optimisation. Key responsibilities include driving performance through various digital channels, optimising user experience, and mentoring junior staff. C&C Search is currently recruiting a Digital Performance Manager for a fast-growing, international lead-generation/events business, offering excellent exposure, hybrid working and the opportunity to take ownership of digital performance across a global portfolio.
Position: Digital Performance Manager – working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional event teams
Salary: £40,000 + discretionary bonus
Hybrid set up: 2–3 days in the office, remainder working from home
