💰 Salary: £27,000 – £31,500 (DOE)

🚨 We’re recruiting for a Learning Disability Home Manager to lead two small residential services in Southampton, supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for a compassionate and motivated manager who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and empowering residents to live fulfilling, independent lives.

In this role, you will:
  • 🔹 Oversee two residential services supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
  • 🔹 Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
  • 🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care staff
  • 🔹 Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
  • 🔹 Support staff with RQF Diploma development and performance management
  • 🔹 Manage rotas, budgets, and day-to-day operational performance
