As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering the client service strategy. You will be responsible for maximising Tax Service revenues while ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Your day-to-day duties will involve managing client satisfaction, engaging with the Tax Client Services team, and leading operational efforts within your jurisdiction. • Build, lead and manage a strong, engaged and growing Tax Services team
• Be accountable for the jurisdictional P&L for the Tax Services team
• Assist in the development of a jurisdictional growth strategy for our UK Tax Services team
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new services and operating models
• Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to position the company as an industry leader
• Ensure effective use of client relationship management systems to maximise client satisfaction
• Provide active contribution to Group wide strategic initiatives and objectives

The ideal candidate for this Tax Manager role will bring proven experience in leading a Tax Services team. You should have a strong understanding of local tax trends and be able to develop growth strategies. Your ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver new services will be key in this role.
