A leading financial services company in London seeks a Compliance Manager to oversee investigations, drive standards, and ensure compliance with financial crime regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AML and fraud prevention, excellent analytical skills, and a proven background in compliance roles. Purpose
As the Compliance Manager you will provide proactive support to the Head of Compliance Monitoring, in the formulation and implementation of the appropriate strategy to manage new development initiatives to help Monitoring and investigations meet the stated goals. To ensure that, as the Group grows, its overall control framework continues to develop to support the business and meet regulatory requirements.
You will support the day to day provision of advice to the business to enable the business to meet its obligations in respect of Financial Crime, Fraud, AML regulation and legislation.
