A leading NHS foundation trust in Camden Town is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the Acute Tobacco Dependence Treatment Team. This role involves strategic management of stop smoking services, enhancing both inpatient and outpatient interventions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in tobacco dependence treatment and healthcare management, with responsibilities including team leadership and partnership collaboration.
An exciting opportunity to lead the Guy's and St Thomas' Acute Tobacco Dependence Treatment Team, with responsibility for the Guy's Hospital site. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in directing and delivering a range of tobacco dependence treatment interventions in the acute environment. As the team evolves, you will lead new developments and delivery of existing inpatient and outpatient clinics across our two hospital sites.
Areas of work include continuing the development and delivery of services to meet the Long Term Plan for tobacco, including ward-based interventions, outpatient clinics and MDT training. We are about to roll out the COSTED programme in ED and contribute to the Vital 5 agenda. This will help drive a culture change towards prevention and promote optimised physical health and wellbeing in the Trust.
