Role

Commercial Manager - Top 4 Grocery

Homebased contract – 2-3 per week in a London based office

Package: £50-75k (depending on experience level) plus Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

  • As a result of business growth we are now looking for a Commercial Manager to manage a portfolio of Grocery Multiple customers
The role
  • We are looking for experienced FMCG sales professionals to be fully accountable for one of our clients largest Grocery retail relationships across multiple buying points and levels.
  • Reporting to the Commercial Controller, within the role, you will manage key multiple key grocery accounts across their branded and own label portfolio, and be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities for the business
  • As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for driving incremental growth and NPD listings through communicating the unique brand story and meeting customer needs
  • You will be responsible for managing a promotional budget and aligning against JBPs and business needs
  • You will represent the brand externally and attend customer meetings where required
  • This is a high-profile role so influencing and collaboration will be key.
Ideal candidate
  • You will have experience at NAM or SNAM level within retailer accounts.
  • As Commercial Manager you will need strong communication skills, as well as a numerical and analytical mindset
  • FMCG sales background & training, and an understanding of commercial best practices
