Qualifications

  • Minimum significant experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Proven experience in managing compensation review processes and gender pay gap reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders across UK & Ireland.
  • Lead annual compensation review and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Oversee HR governance and compliance frameworks related to employment law.

Connaissances

Senior HR generalist or business partnering experience
CIPD qualified (Level 7 or equivalent)
Compensation management experience
Knowledge of UK and Irish employment law
