An international engineering services group is seeking a Group Head of HR. This role involves strategic HR leadership, transformation initiatives, and managing a multi-site HR function. The position is home-based with required office presence in London and international travel. The ideal candidate has a strong HR background in engineering or industrial sectors and excellent stakeholder management skills. Competitive salary up to £120K plus benefits.
T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit this key role for an international private equity backed engineering services group, with operations throughout Europe and the US.
As Group Head of HR, you will work closely with the CEO, the Executive Team, and investors and be responsible for delivering the people elements of business strategy. You will drive a significant change agenda, support the strategic growth ambitions of the business and play a key role in expanding the business geographically and across different sectors.
This role will be home based and will require 2 days a week in the office (central London). The role will require regular travel within the UK, also frequent international travel to countries such as France, Germany, Poland, and the USA.
