This growing SME is on a mission, ambitious, purpose-led, and scaling. They’re now looking for a HR Business Partner to help shape their next chapter.
This isn’t about policies or firefighting ER issues. It’s about being a coach, and a strategic sounding board to your stakeholders. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the corporate functions, helping them think strategically about people, performance and culture.
You’ll be part of a purpose-driven business that’s growing quickly but staying true to its values. You’ll have the flexibility to work hybrid, the autonomy to make things happen, and influence real change, not just deliver it. They operate a hybrid model of around 2 office days per week (flex required dependent on business need).
