We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large and complex organisation in Cornwall on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in supporting organisational change and workforce development during a period of transformation.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational development and people priorities.
- Provide expert advice on employment law, HR policies, and people management to inform business decisions.
- Lead on HR interventions and workforce solutions to support service transformation.
- Coach and influence senior managers to embed best practice in leadership and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the delivery of exceptional services through effective people management and workforce planning.
- Experienced HR professional with a track record in business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational change.
- Confident in coaching and influencing senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
