Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner!

Are you ready to make a difference in the public sector? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic interface between Human Resources (HR), organisational Development (OD), and your assigned directorate. Your expertise will be essential in partnering with leaders, stakeholders, and HR and OD colleagues to provide top-tier HR support.

  • Daily Rate: 223 per day PAYE or 298 per day Umbrella

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement forward-thinking people strategies and solutions.
  • Coaching & Support: Provide high-level coaching and HR support, empowering leaders to navigate complexities and enhance team dynamics.
  • Influence & Challenge: Influence positive change by effectively challenging existing behaviours and ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Bring your solid employee relations experience to manage complex cases, including those at the Employment Tribunal level.
  • Organisational Change: Navigate through organisational change with ease, managing conflicting priorities and addressing challenges head-on.
