Job Description

This is a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC), with the potential to be extended or made permanent.

As the Resourcing Administrator, you’ll work with experienced professionals who advise leading companies in technology, media, and telecoms.

Based in our Manchester office, you will support the resourcing team to strategically allocate consultants (resources) onto projects, based on their availability, company and personal targets, geographies and skills and expertise.

You will work with Project Directors to understand their resourcing needs and with consultants to understand their availability and project preferences, with the goal to align both factors optimally.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will span relationships across all offices and levels of the business and projects sold all over the world.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating consultants to projects following project needs.
  • Managing and monitoring our resourcing system to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
  • Supporting the project sign-off process.
  • Creating precise project resourcing plans within the forecasting system.
  • Liaising with consultants to update their availability (forecast).
  • Anticipating the impact of resources constraints created by holidays, sick-leave, project location, etc.
  • Producing month-end reports.
  • Leading the induction process for new joiners, such as showing them the timesheet system.
  • Maintenance of the skills and language database.
  • Liaising with the HR team to provide insight into the current project pipeline situation, and team capacity.
