Job Description: Contracts Manager
Location: Bedfordshire based office/Hybrid Working/Site Visits
Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 per annum & Car Allowance
Employment Type: Full Time

Their projects range from GBP50,000 to GBP1.5 million, and they typically manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Position Overview: My client are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join their The ideal candidate will oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects, including hospitality offices, director suites, and stadia works.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements/Experience:
Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
2-3 years at Contracts Manager level
Happy to visit sites within the UK
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, including football club facilities and new entertainment venues.
