Do you have experience of managing the supply chain for multiple FM service and maintenance contracts? Are you looking to transform the methodologies which will reshape a property portfolio going forward?

Responsibilities
  • Maintain overall relationships with suppliers, whilst developing new initiatives to drive innovation.
  • Manage large and complex budgets; identify and implement cost savings opportunities.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to shape and lead the tendering process and deliver a 3-year category plan.
  • Operate within a contract management capacity at a senior management level; demonstrate extensive knowledge of suppliers and competitors and experience delivering effective, cost-efficient measures.
