The team…

The Transformation Operations team manages ITV’s ongoing transformation, working across departments to deliver programs and focus on people.

The role…

We seek two experienced Communications Specialists to support two key transformation programs:

• Rights and Content Sales (RACS): transforming how ITV systemizes and exploits rights and manages financial obligations.
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): transforming how ITV manages contracts from drafting to storage.

Depending on your skills and experience, you will be assigned to one program.

The Communications Specialist will develop and execute communication strategies, owning the communication plan for all impacted groups, including stakeholders and end users. You will create content aligned with ITV’s brand and tone.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing communication approaches based on change strategies and delivery plans.
• Collaborating with ITV’s Internal Communications team to utilize channels effectively.
• Creating tailored communication materials in various formats.
• Supporting sponsors and stakeholders with relevant content.
• Managing storage of communication content.
• Evaluating communication effectiveness, gathering feedback, and updating content accordingly.

Minimum skills required:

• Experience in a Communications Specialist role, with proven content development and delivery.
• Experience managing communications on transformation projects.
• Ability to manage a communications plan to deadlines.

Additional desired skills:

• Understanding of communication principles and tools.
• Proficiency in creating content in various formats, including Google Suite.
• Experience with innovative tools and creative presentation of technical content.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and program sponsors.
• Engagement skills across all levels.
• High attention to detail.
• Media industry experience and familiarity with rights, contracts, or legal teams is a plus but not essential.
