We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing and Engagement Manager to help shape how people discover and engage with Guildford’s heritage, events, and visitor offer. In this varied role, you’ll lead all marketing, communications, and engagement activity for the Heritage, Visitor and Events Team. From developing our marketing plan, creating high quality content, maximising promotion opportunities and supporting the team to deliver outreach, learning, and engagement activities, this is a varied and interesting role. In addition, the postholder will be responsible for developing our volunteer programme and managing a small team.
We’re looking for an experienced marketeer, with a passion for heritage, events, and visitor experience. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively and autonomously, have a proactive approach to their work, and be a flexible team player.
