  • Proven experience in office management

  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems

Qualifications

  • WWT Office Manager position
  • Management Support / Team Administration
  • Take responsibility for the smooth running and oversee day-to-day operations of the office facilities
  • Perform reception duties as the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
  • Maintain the office condition and liaise with building management for repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure office equipment, including printers and kitchen appliances, is in good working order
  • Coordinate the post by distributing incoming mail and sending outgoing mail
  • Monitor adherence to Fire, Health and Safety regulations, ensuring procedures are followed and policies are updated as required
  • Act as the first point of contact for office suppliers such as couriers, cleaning services, IT support, security, and landlords
  • Manage office supplies according to publishing schedules and key events
  • Assist in organizing events like the GSP International team kick-off, H2 kick-off, and Christmas party
  • Support the GSP International leadership team with diary management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense submissions
  • Support new hire onboarding processes and follow up to ensure completion of required documentation
  • Arrange catering for meetings
  • Coordinate with internal IT to manage all office IT requirements
  • Demonstrate solid teamwork and peer collaboration
