We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Manager. The role:

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee the storage and delivery of our products, leading a team and optimizing routes across London to ensure timely and perfect delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate inventory management (Breww)
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Ensure health & safety compliance and equipment maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor out-of-stock risks
• Support team development in collaboration with HR
• Improve processes and drive performance using KPIs

You are an organized, adaptable leader who thrives in operational challenges, remains calm under pressure, and is tech-savvy enough to manage systems effectively.

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of stock control and routing logistics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with IT systems and reporting tools
