Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a Sales Manager to identify and maximize sales opportunities within The Pallet Network. This role requires extensive experience in sales and business development, ideally in the pallet network or logistics sectors. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential. You will work closely with members and ensure alignment with market trends while contributing to marketing strategies. The position includes benefits such as 31 days of holiday and a pension scheme, working primarily in Leeds with some travel.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales and business development.
  • Pallet network experience in sales is highly desirable.
  • Experience in logistics within a sales/BD environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Knowledge of financial and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the membership to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and revenue growth.
  • Ensure the CRM system is updated with all activities accurately.
  • Support new member onboarding from a sales perspective.
  • Promote and present TPN services.
