Job summary
A legal firm in Bridgend is seeking a motivated individual for their Dispute Resolution Team. The successful candidate will provide a quality service to clients, manage their own cases, and have 4-6 years PQE in Dispute Resolution. Strong communication and client development skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in client development and meetings.
- Sound knowledge of all usual Dispute Resolution areas.
- Ability to manage own workflows.
Responsibilities
- To provide a caring, quality service to the firm’s clients.
- To conduct own cases and assist partners in providing advice.
- Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders.

Our clients busy Dispute Resolution Team in Bridgend specialises in Commercial and Civil Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Debt recovery and Neighbour disputes.
- To provide a caring, quality service to the firm’s clients in accordance with the plans of the firm
- To seek awareness of applicable law, solutions and remedies funding and compliance
- To conduct own cases and assist partners in providing advice and representation to the firm’s clients.
- Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders
- 4 -6years PQE
- Sound knowledge of all usual Dispute Resolution areas
- Experience in client development and meetings
- Confident communication skills with clients and potential clients
- Ability to manage own workflows
